Deposit Protection
As an additional service, we can protect the tenant’s deposit on behalf of landlords, ensuring full compliance with regulations and providing peace of mind.
Rent Collection
As an additional service, we offer monthly rent collection and support.
This service includes:
- Monthly rental collection
- Pursuing non-payment of rent
- Advice and support on rent arrears
Full Management Service
1st Year FREE | From 2nd Year: 7% (incl. VAT)
Our Full Management service offers complete, hands-off property management.
This service includes everything in Let Only and Rent Collection, plus:
- Obtaining quotes and arranging repairs
- Managing maintenance issues
- Two routine property inspections per year
- Written inspection reports
- Liaising with utility providers regarding tenancy changes
- Holding keys throughout the tenancy
Inventory Fees
Inventory fees include check-out, deposit reconciliation (where applicable), and return of the deposit to the landlord.
